This was supposed to be a new renovation. The floors are soft and cracking. Water was leaking from the top of the shower head, ac was not cooling properly and was never fixed, dish washer was disgusting inside and full of food and debris. Cheap furniture and one of the beds was broken when we got there. Host tried to charge us to replace two beds. The beds were all repaired the same way with wood underneath it so obviously they were cheap beds. When I informed the host about the AC HE DIDNT RESPOND UNTIL HOURS LATER AND DIDNT SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK IT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! He only sent a handyman who said he didn’t know how to fix it and when I told the host this he said there was nothing he could do and they would fix it after I checked out

My group had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as the pictures shown, and is very spacious. Everything was clean, neat, and well stocked. If in the area, I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Jose’s house for 4 nights while we were at the Pinners conference, and it was perfect! Everything was clean, it was peaceful and the beds were really comfortable, which is a rare thing at Airbnb’s! It was only 10 minutes from the conference center, Walmart and Target just around the corner, so it was very convenient. The house had everything we needed. Great all round. Thanks Jose!!

I had a family of 7 staying at Jose's rental and the first night we didn't get to go out due to not being able to shower cause the hot water wasn't on. The blue couch in the living room had white stains on it and the extra let out bed in the other dinning room had lint and dirt in between the creases when we let it down. The door handle for the fridge was loose as well has the faucet in one of the bathrooms and it was still something left in the fridge. I do believe that painting should be done every so often due to how frequently ppl are in and out to get rid of scuff marks of the door and walls. Overall the space is big for a big a large family but it would be well worth the money if maintain and cleaning were done properly. I am particularly so what bothered me might not be a big deal to others, I do appreciate Jose for hosting my family!

Location was quiet and backyard was gorgeous! Firepit and muskoka chairs!! We loved the amount of space we had for the family. The two bathrooms were definitely appreciated. Would be nice to see a kettle and single serve coffee Keurig in the kitchen etc. But the kitchen was clean and well equipped for cooking and eating. The bedrooms were a great size but could use more power outlets and lamps for the nights. Also, everyone found every bed squeaky and mattresses uncomfortable, especially the bunk bed. The living room sofa was cozy though and its worth noting the futons in the second living room fold down. The uncomfortable beds were the only downside to everything unfortunately. Otherwise everyone enjoyed their stay.
