We chose Kurt’s and Sheila’s place because it was well suited for our old parents to stay - all on one floor, easy access, no steps, shower stalls etc. In general would work very well for anyone with physical disabilities. It’s located quite close to the Marietta Square but is nice and private with plenty of parking. It’s off a relatively big street but we didn’t have any issues with that. Kurt and Sheila were good hosts proactive (we were interested in another of their properties but they pointed out the inadequacies with that and showed us this one whose positives far outweighed the fact that it was a little further than the area we wanted to be) and very responsive during our stay.

The stay was pleasant however the location is right off a busy road. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this property to others who would like to stay in Marietta.

We stayed here for 10 weeks and it’s a perfect long stay location. It’s exactly like the pictures and has more than everything you’d need. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with, we had wifi troubles while staying and they went out of their way to fix the issue, even getting a new modem while we were here once the original fix didn’t work (wifi is great now). I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area because of the customer service and how put together the house is.
