A perfect stay in one of the most beautiful places i’ve ever been to! The view is absolutely stunning, the location is peaceful and private. Me and my boyfriend spent one night in casal de loivos for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayes more! We arrived in the afternoon and the hosts welcomed us with wine and tapas while providing some great recommendations. Everybody was kind and made us feel at home :) The room is in front of the olive oil museum, with a terrace right above the vineyards and the Douro river. Everything was clean and tidy, and we could find towels, clean sheets, and even kitchenware. In the morning we had breakfast on the terrace of the olive oil museum, went for a walk to the Miradouro (definitely worth it) and the vineyards. I would definitely recommend this stay to couples, but also families or small groups of friends. Truly amazing!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van 2 nachten in het verblijf. Het weer was heerlijk en het uitzicht vanaf het terras echt fabuleus. Ontbijt werd geserveerd vanuit het olijfmuseum. Super vriendelijke mensen. De wandeling naar het dorp is prachtig. Door de wijnvelden. Wel een pittige klim omhoog maar als je van wandelen houdt goed te doen.

We had a really nice stay at the Airbnb. It is a quite and beautiful place with an amazing view. The walk from the train station up the hill is heavy but worth it! We got the opportunity to visit the museum and taste their delicious wines and olive oils. Which we would really recommend! The breakfast was good. We got fresh and really nice bread. It would have been nice to get a bit more variety like fruits, vegetables etc. All in all it was an amazing experience and we can recommend to stay here!

Was a wonderful stay just right by the Olive Oil Museum. Place was clean, neat, new and cozy. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing helpful tips about the area. Was a great way to spend the new year because views were spectacular and surroundings were very peaceful As a tip - this place is fairly a distance by foot from Pinhao with limited attractions. So if you’re not into walking, it might be a little inconvenient to get to and fro town. It was perfectly fine for us because the walk was pleasant with wonderful views. We’d happily trade the walk for peace and a nice getaway
