This was a fabulous stay for 4 of us in this 3 bedroom home. Phillip is a great host and very quick in responding as we only had a few hours in making this last minute booking. The house is a beautiful character home with modern comfortable interior. It’s a surprising oasis with lush garden in a busy centrally located hub. The main bedroom has a balcony with a view. Many good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We loved our quick stop each morning at the little cafe across the road recommended by Phillip along with many other spots of interest. Great coffee! With a toasted breakfast wrap - yum. The beds were very comfortable with nice bed linen and towels. We had fantastic fine weather but the air conditioning worked well to take the chill off on a couple of evenings. As we had a large 4x4 rented vehicle it was great to have good road parking right outside using the resident free parking label Phillip provided. We would highly recommend this house and great host.

We loved staying in this house as a family. Phillip was super friendly and easy to communicate with around our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities. The house was clean and a lovely space to spend time in. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Sydney!

We had a great stay and Philip was a great host. The house had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect, close to buses and three ferry stops, and with shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants all in walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this stay, we've used AirBNB a lot and this was one of the better stays and experiences we've ever had. Phillip was a great host and had everything set perfect for us. The house is fantastic, its really well located, the bus to the city leaves from across the road but there's lots of great things to do within a short walk (Phillip made some awesome recommendations). The house is very comfortable with a great family space at the back. Our kids were able to run free and loved playing out the back as its fenced in. There was also a park just a few steps away. The house is also kid safe too and despite being on a main road, it was very quiet. The rooms are great, large and with nice comfortable beds in each room. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely 3 week stay with toddlers (3 & 1 year olds). Phil and Beks welcomed us in person, just like the old days of Airbnb! They were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Very convenient location. Charming neighborhood with plenty of food, coffee and playgrounds to explore. Plus a gin distillery and brewery down the street. Easy access to CBD with the bus/ferry. The house is just as beautiful as the photos. Kitchen's well equipped. My kids had no problems sleeping in the front rooms that face the street. Soap, laundry detergent, etc all thoughtfully provided.
