The apartment looks exactly like the photos..High end appliances and furniture…The private entrance is a plus..The host is very responsive and friendly…I would definitely stay again in the future..

Description of listing is accurate, comfortable flat with modern furniture and amenities. Ease to public transportation, walking distance to Bay Plaza/mall and area was quiet. Host is helpful and responsive

We loved our stay at Osias’s place! We stayed for nearly a month- it was a great way to get to see NYC at an affordable price. There is plenty of space, kitchen is fully stocked, appliances are all brand new, WiFi works great. We also felt very safe, it’s a quiet neighborhood, multiple locks on the front door and there’s a motion-sense camera/ light. Overall an excellent stay. Not to mention, Osias lives on property and is extremely attentive should you ever need him. If you don’t intend on driving, I would encourage getting familiar with local bus and subway options. There is a Bx23 stop just down the street that will take you straight to the Pelham Bay 6 line and back. We took the 6 almost everyday ~45mins or so into Manhattan. There’s also several bus routes heading towards the mall, grocery stores etc. Great place, would highly recommend!

Very nice stay the only downside was the bathroom wasn’t cleaned after the next guest and there wasn’t any heat but outside of that location was awesome host is awesome the stay was awesome
