Pros: Street parking is great. Everything was just as pictured, nice amenities, comfortable, and private entrance on a quiet, tree-lined block. Water pressure in the shower is awesome, and I love the heat lamp feature! Christina is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and is quick to take care of any issues that may arise and was flexible with our needs/requests, a 5-star host. Cons: Upstairs tenants have very heavy feet when they arrive (including late hours), and it sometimes sounds like furniture is being moved around, like they're dropping things, and/or wrestling with one another. They also have a large dog with a loud, aggressive bark. A different tenant on the other side of the studio wall will sometimes play his music loud after reasonable hours. When we complained after 1:00 in the morning, he raised the music to full blast for a few seconds before turning it down. Thankfully, after that day, he kept the music at a low level.

Christina’s place was very well planned as it had a fridge full of snacks for us also it had a coffee machine with coffee also sweeteners and everything. The place also had toothbrushes and detergents and everything else you would need. The beds were quite comfy with extra blankets and pillows. Christina was very nice to us and answered everything we would ask.

Host perfetto. Nonostante abiti sopra si sta tranquilli. Appartamento perfetto, funzionale e fornito di ogni cosa (anche troppo). Zona residenziale molto tranquilla anche quando si vuole fare tardi. Negozi e metropolitana a 2 passi. Straconsigliato.

This is a roomy studio, and would accommodate three without a ‘crowded’ feel. Everything thing you might need is there, including a well-stocked refrigerator. Very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but the nearest restaurants and shops are about a half mile away. So not much to do close to the apartment. However, the subway stop is close by, and you can be downtown in 15 minutes and in the heart of Manhattan in 30-40. With this great price in NYC, something has to give. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
