Nice, safe and quiet area at around 20 minutes power walk from the nearest train station. There are four bedrooms in total, with three males currently there including the host who is a nice and very friendly guy. The house itself is also nice but could do with consistent weekly or even biweekly cleanings. A section of the roof does leak whenever it rains so hopefully they’ll sort that out soon.

Steve is a wonderful host. I felt very comfortable there. The place is so quiet and perfect for a girl or professional woman needing a place. I got so much work done. I never had to wait for the bathroom or to use the kitchen. Steve goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable. He is very friendly, and he makes you feel welcome. I had a great time staying there. I worked at Columbia University, so the commute was long for me. But this was my error in not checking how far this place is from the upper west side. However, Steve and his place are not to be blamed for that. Steve's place is clean and highly accessible, and it is private. Steve is a highly professional, sweet gentleman with many great stories to share!

Steve is an incredibly kind and welcoming host. Space was great and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Huge reccomendation.

Steve made me feel very comfortable, and the house felt like home. Steve is very helpful and we had many great chats. The neighbourhood is nice and close to many nice shops and restaurants in the area. Would recommend 10/10
