Stunning views on Smith Lake, Clearwater Shores is just 15 minutes from I-65. 3,800 SF with 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, dining room and new gourmet kitchen with lake views, game room with pool table, air hockey & vintage arcade games. Main deck, new furniture. New dock with guest slip and swim platform connected to new lakeside deck and pavilion with comfortable seating and a back bar...all with Edison bulb lighting. Firepit with lake views. Great outdoor lighting throughout the property. 5 Bedrooms - 4 Kings (3 with lake views) plus a Double Trundle Bedroom. Comfortable living room off the kitchen / dining room with lake views with a main deck including outdoor seating and a Traeger Grill. Lower level Game Room also with lake views has a pool table, air hockey, vintage arcade games, a guitar and an upright piano. The patio off the lower level has a Weber Grill plus a swing chair and a table for four. Great views from pretty much every room in the house. Very comfortable beds. Two flat lawn areas for games, fire pit, new dock with guest slip and swim platform and a new lakeside deck and pavilion with comfortable seating and great lighting and views. There is outstanding 12 volt, switched and solar lighting throughout the property.

Robert and I exchanged many emails. I was hosting my daughters wedding at The Barn and my family chose to stay in Robert’s house. What a wonderful find!! My husband and I can’t wait to return for a peaceful few days. The grounds are just beautiful and highly maintained. The house was so well stocked and comfortable. Robert forward me a booklet of instructions and information about the area. The people in the surrounding area were friendly and helpful as well. My family felt like we were at home. Robert made my first time renting a wonderful experience. When sending emails to Robert, he responded within minutes. His friendly and kind disposition is just another positive about renting this house. I highly recommend this house.
Great spot on Smith Lake, private and plenty to do inside of you catch a rainy day on your trip. Signage for the location needs updating they are hidden behind road signs and not clear instructions on how to find the house.
We had a fabulous trip!! This home was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed. We had a peaceful view from the beautiful home. Bob was a friendly and proactive host. He answered all our questions promptly. The guys spent their time enjoying fishing together. We will definitely be back again with our families. Highly recommend this home and host !!
This was the perfect place for our family to spend some time together over spring break! The house has great offerings for all season, and we look forward to our next stay!
Amazing views right from the comfort of your own bed! Not to mention, the beds are super comfortable! Our host Bob was excellent with communication. Our family is new to renting Airbnb homes & Bob took time to explain the little details. Our family loved spending time in the game room, the arcade games brought back memories from our childhood. So much fun!!! The dock the owners just put in was perfect! We spent so much time using the pavilion, the hours spent enjoying the lake views & taking in the surroundings were worth every penny to stay at Bob’s Airbnb. These owners have actually spent time at their rental to improve every single detail you could think of! Would recommend this place to all our friends! Definitely booking again next year.

Clearwater Shores is about an hour from Birmingham and Huntsville, AL, about 90 minutes from Chattanooga, TN, a little over 2 hours from Nashville and about 3 hours from Memphis and Atlanta. 15 minutes off I-65 at Exit 299 (Dodge City). Stunning views of the confluence of Simpson Creek and Ryan Creek areas of Smith Lake...at "The T" as locals call it. No views of homes or docks directly across from Clearwater Shores on Kinney Mountain.
Once turning on to Route 143 from 222 in the hamlet of Brushy Pond, drive about a mile and turn on to 144. Then, look for teal Clearwater Shores signs leading to the entrance. Once at the oval shite Clearwater Shores sign, put auto in LOW or 4WD as steep down to waterfront home. It is very safe...but, go slowly. Welcome!
