Beautiful lake house on smith lake. We’ve hung out on smith lake for the past 25 years and Jason’s place has one of the best lake views I’ve seen, on a very private cove. The house is very comfortable with great spaces inside and outside to hang out. Windows everywhere with views of the lake from every room. Jason also let us check in 2 hours early which was really convenient for our plans. Overall a fantastic stay.

I rarely do reviews, but we had such a great time that I decided to. Jason is an awesome host. He is very friendly and accommodating. My family spent fall break at his lake house. The home is beautiful and has a European feel on the outside and Southern chic vibe on inside. Beds are very comfortable. We rented a boat via Smith lake boat rentals at Jason's recommendation and Loved it. The boat rental is unmarked so it looks like your boat not a rental which was cool on the lake. Very exclusive and gated community with maybe 20 homes. We will be back.

Jason was wonderful to work with. Extremely helpful and made sure we knew everything before check-in. The house was fantastic in a beautiful setting with calm water that was perfect for swimming. We love this place!
