This is our 8th time to Smith Lake at Point William. Carol's home is one of our favorites. Love the layout with every room in the house has a beautiful view of Smith Lake. The home is beautifully decorated and all the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed having 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Smith Lake. Our family looks forward to returning in the fall.

Carol's place was a dream. We came down with a few friends from Nashville for my husband's birthday, and it exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable, the decor was adorable, and the outside space was incredible. I literally want to live there and will definitely return.

Carol was wonderful. This house/kitchen is stocked very well. We had a couple of minor issues that Carol and her team took care of right away! We had a great stay!

This was a great fit for our family. Our kids loved the dock and playing in the water. Great lake and sunset views from all bedrooms and common rooms. Great options for cooking and eating inside and outside. Beds were very comfy.
