Loved the house! We were visiting, very close to everything. Clean house! Hosts are very nice and so easy to work with!

This is a fine place to stay for a larger group of people (8) if you just need a place to sleep. It's in a part of Morgantown where there are buildings somewhat close together and we could hear some noise of people outside later at night and again in the morning. Things on that particular street are so packed that I had to park a couple of blocks away, near a more industrial area with tow trucks. Also, our shower downstairs had a leak before our arrival but the hosts did communicate about this with us prior to arrival - they had someone come fix it and within a day of our multi-day stay that shower could be used, so no big deal. The door for that downstairs shower does not lock, and closes with a slight gap fyi. Basically I would say that the cost is right for this place and I have no major complaints. Just don't expect a pristine and tranquil location.

The home was clean. The house number was difficult to see but everything was as they said it would be ;) it is an older home so squeaky stairs and such but the hosts did a wonderful job of updating the interior. Overall we had a great stay . They were quick to respond with any questions. :)

Good spot to stay in, just not use to travelling up a lot of hills since being from down south, but nice spot.
