It’s a conveniently located apartment with a fantastic view of the city. Perfect for two people without mobility issues (as it does require a short but steep climb to get to and from CBD to apartment). Apartment is smallish, but has everything two people would need and a good sized kitchen. The shower head was broken which was a bit frustrating, but that was the only issue and assuming the owner will fix.

Great space in a great location for exploring Wellington City. Perfect for those that don't mind leaving their car behind and enjoying the delights of discovering a city by walking to your destinations.

The apartment was lovely minus the bathroom. There is mold growing in the shower and you can't really stand under the shower head due to the curve of the tub and not being able to angle the shower head up. The window and paint in the shower is not water proofed or made for showers so it's chipping and molding with all the moisture. Parking was a nightmare. It's a very busy road and parallel parking is your only option, but there are not many spaces. You can walk down into the city, but unless you love walking up a lot of very steep stairs, you might want to Uber back up.
