We had the perfect stay at Grace's home. It is toasty warm with the central heating. The furniture and appliances are modern and the home is tastefully decorated. I can't say enough about how comfortable and warm the home is. My daughter loved and used the study area. We appreciated the extra thoughtful touches as well as the amenities offered by Grace. Little things like comfy lounge chairs just to relax in, a teapot for those of us who really like a good cup of tea (a coffee plunger is also provided), warm (from the heated towel rail) soft towels, lots of space for your bags. You won't regret staying here. It's also within easy walking distance to a bus stop and an easy bus ride into Wellington CBD to take in all that it has to offer. We would definitely stay again when in Wellington.

Everything is totally fine. everything corresponds to the description, photos of housing are real. no tricks, or misunderstanding. the owner of the property promptly answers any questions. honest 5 stars)

This little place was a refuge for me - it gave me perfect freedom to walk, read, watch telly, cook, think, and search for a house to buy which was why I was there. It allowed me to be me with no impediments. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Grace’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
