Unfortunately despite a nice location, the photos do not match the property. Many amenities were missing or not working and the host company was poorly responsive and did not provide a reasonable refund despite a damaged/unclean property that was not as advertised

We rented this house for new year's, and it's a great space. The location is super for getting to the beach, and there are shops/cafes & restaurants nearby. We had a lovely time but there were a few of issues which affected my rating. Firstly, the garden was not at all as advertised - the fake grass had been pulled up and there was no bar at all. Overall the outside space looked a little like it was still being designed/ built. Secondly, the cleanliness of the house was below our expectations, with bits of food found under the living room rug and wrappers in the sofa etc. Lastly, there are aesthetic issues in every room - from holes in the wall to old damp stains. The house really needs redecorating all over. As I said, we had a lovely time and the location is great, but at least for this visit it left a little to be desired.
