Lovely big house, very close to a great beach one way and an interesting high street the other way. Both walkable within 10 minutes.

Great location closed to beach. Plenty of space for our party of 8, inc parking for cars. Enough space and equipment in kitchen diner to cook Sunday roast. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. And 7 minutes to Bournemouth in the car. Spacious and spotless. The games room was a real treat for our youngest. The beds were very comfy. Our in laws and the dog enjoyed the trip too. The WIFI and heating was a bit temperamental but Zilvinas and Diana were quick to respond to our messages and offer solutions. We would stay there again.

The house is very big and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and is in good condition. The beach is a 5 minute walk away if not closer which is a bonus and there are several shops 5 minute walk away which is very convenient. There is a flat upstairs from which we heard a few noises but nothing major. The house however is quite old with a lot of cracks and creaky floors. It looks a lot worse from the outside than what you see in the photos. We found that it took a very long time for the water to get warm and also the pressure was very low in 3 of the showers so we all had to use one. The house was quite cold and even with the heating on constantly it still felt on the cooler side. There is no en-suite in the master bedroom which we weren’t happy about. One of the shared bathrooms has a glass window on the door which you can see through. The high chair is very old and has no straps and isn’t safe. Overall, we’d stay again but the house needs some TLC and a new high chair.
