Central Bournemouth beach house with hot tub and beach hut access! The house is set up as 3 spacious, self contained flats over 4 floors all with a chilled out beach feel to them. The house sleeps 17 guests plus an infant. It is perfect for large groups such as family holidays, Hen & stag do's and wedding accommodation. There are 2 good sized entertaining rooms including a cinema room and a cosy courtyard garden equipped with a hot tub. There are also 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find: - An entrance hall - An open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a double sofa bed in. The room also has a 55 inch smart TV in it. - A shower room with a toilet and sink. - A cinema room/bedroom. This room has a fold down Murphy bed, a large TV and comfy bean bags. When the bed is folded away it converts into a sofa. Once the room has been refurbished (15th May) we will add a images of this. - From the cinema room/bedroom you can enter the garden via french doors. - The garden is a newly refurbished small courtyard area which contains a hot tub and built-in seating. Pretty lighting will give a calm vibe to relax in in the evenings. *The ground floor is currently being refurbished. There will be images of the ground floor from the 15th of May, we can't wait for you to see them! On the first floor you will find: - An open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room with 2 x double sofa beds, a 55 inch smart tv and a table and chairs with views of Bournemouth from the bay window. - A bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. - A bedroom overlooking the courtyard garden with a king sized bed and TV. On the second floor you will find: - An open plan Kitchen/living room/dining room with a fold out table that seats 4. The living area has a double sofa bed and a 55 inch smart TV. - A bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. - A spacious double bedroom overlooking the courtyard garden. On the third floor you will find: - A bedroom with a double bed in it, a single sofa bed and a cosy little reading nook with toys and books for children to play with. There is also a stair gate at the entrance of this bedroom bedroom. The beach hut: As part of your stay you will have free usage of our love little beach hut which is located in Middle Chine. In the house will be instructions on how best to access the beach hut and what is provided in the beach hut. The beach hut is conveniently just a 5-minute drive away, with ample free parking available nearby. From where you park, it's just a 7-minute walk down to reach the beach hut. If you would like to walk from the house it'll take about 20 minutes along the promenade. Things to note: * We provide bedding for all sofa beds. * We provide a towel for each guest. If you'd like a swimming towel for the hot tub please bring your own.
