Really love staying there. The home is perfect for our needs and Jeff provides a very amicable environment.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's cozy place. It looked just like the photos and it was really clean. It was a great size for the 3 of us. We were only there overnight after doing a paranormal investigation at the Ohio State Reformatory, but we had a peaceful night's sleep and appreciated that the place is really quiet and private. The beds and the couch were very comfortable so it was a wonderful place to relax. Jeff was a great host who provided clear instructions and even gave us helpful directions to the place. We especially appreciated that he let us check out a little late. There were even snacks and drinks in the kitchen which was really nice. There is also plenty of room to park in the driveway even though we only had one car.

Jeff was amazing and truly accomodating from the get-go! He was a wodnerful communicator, too. Everything was clean and cozy! We will definitely stay here again when we come back next year!

Very clean and nice place to stay. Had a great yard for our dog. Nice snacks and extras waiting for us was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this place!
