Such a wonderful week away. It was perfect. Janice’s place is lovely, very clean and tidy, such a lovely kitchen, full of everything you need. Lovely log burner and perfect garden for our dog. Lovely walks and beach close by! Janice was extremely responsive when I asked any questions, nothing was too much trouble! We had a great time!

Highly recommended accommodation beautifully presented and perfectly located to explore this part of Devon. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5days stay and will definitely stay here again. This was our third visit to Southerly. We absolutely love it there. The second we walk in, we feel right at home. The property is tastefully decorated with everything you could want for a fantastically relaxing stay in this area. It's spotlessly clean and really leaves us feeling relaxed. The garden is huge and wonderfully kept. Our black lab loves it and it's totally secure. Janice and Leigh respond so quickly to any little queries we have. They're very knowledgeable about the local area and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. All in all, a highly recommended property ran by highly attentive and very friendly owners. We're already looking at our next booking with them.

Southerly is a beautiful relaxing retreat, full of character and stunning interiors. We cannot fault this place, it is truly a home from home with everything you could possibly need. Great location, short walk into Braunton, and a short drive to fabulous beaches, we loved strolling on Croyde beach and Saunton Sands. Janice is an excellent host, with friendly comprehensive instructions and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our short break here, and will return!

Firstly Janice is an outstanding host, from pre booking to checking out, she went above and beyond with the questions i asked, leaving us feeling very re assured and prepared for our stay. She was very accommodating throughout our stay, and communication was 5 stars got back so quickly with everything. Really lovely touch of a birthday card, bottle of Prosecco and fresh tulips on arrival. Southerly was a beautiful cosy home a-lot bigger than we expected, beautiful fire, kitchen and views from the main bedroom. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities (and more) that you could hope for. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful place with outstanding hosts and would highly recommend. Thank you Janice and Leigh for allowing us to experience your beautiful place.
