The spacious modern open-plan kitchen/dining area is perfect for entertaining and is fitted with integrated appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler. Bifold doors open out into the courtyard and patio areas creating a much needed alfresco feel for all that invigorating sea air. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need, including a Nepresso capsule coffee maker (with complimentary pods), tea, coffee, milk and other condiments provided. The separate lounge has two large sofas which each seat 3/4 people and a TV. Bifold doors on each side open out into the courtyard and fenced in lawned garden, creating a real sense of indoor/outdoor living in the summer months. On the patio there is a table and chairs seating 6 for dining and a BBQ. Downstairs is also a spacious WC which can accommodate a wheelchair. Upstairs there’s a modern family bathroom with a large bath and over bath shower and 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite. Each bedroom has sumptuous bed linen and fluffy towels. Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, bifold doors with Juliette balcony and great views of the surrounding hillside at Downend. En-suite with shower. Bedroom 2: Double bed, French doors with Juliette balcony with views to the sea, sand dunes and Baggy point. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed, various toys, Lego and children’s books should you need them. For entertainment there’s fast fibre BT Broadband; a Smart TV with all the usual streaming apps; and a Bluetooth DAB radio and speaker. In the bookcase you'll find numerous books and board games. We provide various childcare items which include stairgates, travel cot (bedding not provided), baby bath, highchair and tableware. We've tried hard to make it feel like a holiday here is easy.
