It is the perfect apartment to relax in after a long day at the beach!

The apartment was lovely - a fantastic base for our week’s holiday. Such a great position with an easy walk to the beach or into the village, and great food and drink options all walkable. The apartment is really well appointed, very comfortable and spacious, and the hot tub was an added bonus!!
Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, walking distance to the beach and amenities. The hot tub was great and it was good to have the courtyard garden for drying wetsuits. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We are originally a farming family but fell in love with the Devon Coastline having spent our summer holidays growing up there and so over the last 15 years we have invested in our 'Homes by the Sea'. We are very proud of them and love that we can share them with our guests who we encourage to make themselves at home, just as we do as a family.
