Cute little place in very quiet area.easy instructions & Samantha was very responsive. There was no firewood as described but it was rectified quickly. Not a bad location, a good 15mins out of Launceston but great for Tamar Valley winery area which was what we wanted. The property itself was a little tired but still very clean & cosy. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a little tired, old soap left in soap holder, but clean nonetheless. Shower is over bath. Steps leading into property were very crooked with tiles & bricks moved, quite dangerous coming home in the dark especially since no lighting until you got almost all the way down. Overall we enjoyed our time there but you definitely need a car to get anywhere.

Sam’s place is the perfect getaway. stunning river front location. 20min drive from Launceston. All the comforts of home. Excellent value when we stayed there

Such a spectacular home with a stunning view. Quiet and peaceful with all the amenities you could think of for a relaxing get away. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was amazing.
