Great cozy super clean and charming place. Perfect for a small family/party and located very near Hacienda Luisita ie supermarket and restaurants. For emergency supplies, a short walk to Rich Sarisari store is also a plus. Had also an engaging & informative chat with Gio, Joy's hubby. Lastly thanks also to Kuya Sebastian for going out of his way to buy us "uling"😁 Highly recommended! We'll be back thanks! 👍

The place is exactly as it is in the photos. It is the perfect place to relax, bond and recharge from your busy lives. It is complete with bbq grill, utensils, cleaning materials, cookwares and super neat beds. You will really need nothing else but food to cook and some booze. They have a refrigerator, cool, karaoke, split type air-con, and a decent sized pool, big enough to accommodate a family of 8. Last but not the least, the host is super responsive, helpful and accommodating. You really don’t have to worry about anything if you stay with them at Prio Tierrez. My birthday celebration was as enjoyable as I expected it to be because we stayed with you guys! Thank you for having us 💚

Pros: 1.)The place is easy to find and 5 minutes away from the city center (starbucks, supermarket, 7/11, fast food resto) 2.)The place is clean andwell maintained; the pool has a filter system and the water is clean when we arrived (not chlorinated) 3.) host is responsive to questions and inquiry, hindi din sila strict sa Check in time, my friends an i arrived late around 5pm na 4.) Complete cookwares din sila, and may mineral water when we arrived (i think all air bnb should do this since ang hassle mag dala pang inumin) Cons: 1.) theres a lot of insects in the area, since it the surrounding area is full of trees, di naman sya deal breaker. But good thing may device sila that attracts and kills insect (di ko lang alam tawag) outside and inside the house. Aside from that this place is highly recommended :)

The place was really great and easy to find. Sir Gio was also very responsive of my inquiries. We really enjoyed our stay there as it is very peaceful and also near luisita business park. The amenities were great, fast wifi, nice pool also, the room is spacious too. Definitely a recommended place.. ☺️
