My 2nd time being at Dashon’s place! It’s like my 2nd home when I come to New Jersey ! I honestly love the space . The neighborhood is surprisingly peaceful and everyone in the house is nice and minds there own business. Dashon is always very helpful with my questions, I really like dashon’s spot ! You won’t go wrong with this hospitality and coziness

Deshaun was by far an amazing host!! Clean space friendly environment.. please note that this is a better place for someone whom is working and not spending all day at home!! Deshaun was a great host washer dryer parking all major highways and trains are nearby into the city.. restaurants and plenty of food in the area i recommend this olace to all travelers and working travelers

Fairly stated, Dashon was very friendly and tried to accommodate me the best that he could throughout my stay. Upon entering the bedroom I was sleeping, the sheets were not cleaned. I brought this to his attention and cleaned sheets were provided. Although this was a shared space, I wish it would’ve been mentioned to me that mostly men were living here both upstairs and downstairs. As I did share a bathroom and kitchen with them, sometimes these spaces weren’t left as clean as it could’ve been. I did enjoy the washer/dryer and parking lot that was provided. Dashon did have a weekly housekeeping team there but it also helps when people staying there clean up after themselves, too. Other than that, the house was peaceful, the street was sometimes noisy. Overall, my stay was fairly decent.

I loved staying here. It was quite convenient and I thought Dashon was a great host!! Very polite and made me feel very welcome and at home!! Hope to visit again someday, whenever I’m next in NJ/NYC.
