All around it was a great weekend and a wonderful place to stay. We were hanging out for my friend’s bachelor weekend and it was the perfect venue to sit back and relax for a nice weekend. Clean home, great amenities, and good food close by with a 30min drive to Tampa city center, and many local sites nearby, from Busch Gardens to the Florida Aquarium.

Beautiful outdoor gathering spaces under an extended roof so even rainy days are no concern. Great indoor spaces too. Beautiful neighborhood for a morning jog or evening walk. Highly recommend. We plan to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at marks house. It was clean quiet and in a nice neighborhood. We felt right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I will book this house again. Definitely worth it.

Epic stay!!!! Family with grandparents and we had a blast. Everything was as advertised and great. We had one small issue upon arrival out of anyone’s control and Mark went above and beyond to correct it immediately. Maintaining communication and ensuring we were happy. Best stay ton date and would stay again next trip to Tampa.
