Everything went really well from booking it to checking out. We had 6 adults and 6 kids age 1-8. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen island with 6 stools was perfect for the kids to eat at. The screened in pool and game room provided something for the kids to do constantly. Plenty of choices nearby for getting groceries. Jason was great to deal with from beginning to end. If I could give a rating higher than 5 - I would!!

We enjoyed the stay. Very fresh and modern. Cute little Florida lizards in the yard. Pool was great and well used. Most of the time we spent hanging out on the deck enjoying the nice weather.

Jason was very responsive when we asked that the pool heater be turned up. Just as stated in his description. We also lost a car key, and Jason allowed us to have a late check out so that we could find it. We would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal place for a golf trip! Just 20 minutes north of the airport, so very convenient when arriving and leaving. Plenty of things to do in the house, and with such a wide open floor plan, you never felt like everyone was on top of each other. Multiple refrigerators and TVS located throughout the house for watching sports.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days , 3 nights. This house was perfect for my large family (15 people). We never felt crowded or on top of each other. The kids and adults had a blast in the playroom. The kitchen, rooms and living area were nice and spacious, and everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there were plenty of towels for showering. This house is perfect for a small or large group. Jason was awesome as well, he was extremely helpful and always responded quickly.
