The space This lavish home has been architecturally designed with sleek, modern finishes, neutral textures and tones and thoughtful open plan layouts throughout. On the first level you will find bedroom one that holds a queen size bed and ceiling fan that has been installed for your comfort and bedrooms two and three that feature two single beds each. The luxurious vibe continues into the main bathroom where you will find a free standing bath, shower and basin. The toilet is seperate for your convenience. The lower level lounge will become a great space for the kids or members of the family to find their own piece and quiet while zoning out in front of the TV. Open the floor to ceiling bi-fold doors and discover your very own tranquil, fully fenced outdoor pool area. Relax in comfort poolside in the sun loungers with a good book and soak up the sun or slide into the heated plunge pool, ready and all yours to enjoy, then make the most of the BBQ grill that is provided for those classic kiwi summer meals. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and basin for you to use if you require. Heading up the staircase, you will enter the heart of the home that seamlessly flows together. The large kitchen will have the at home chefs in heaven. Fully equipped with high quality appliances and all the amenities you will need for your stay. Be sure to make yourself a coffee with the Nespresso machine, before finding your perfect spot to unwind. The main lounge and dining area blend together effortlessly providing a large space for your group to spread out. The floor to ceiling bi-fold doors are found on the second level also opening out to a stunning, generously sized, north facing, undercover deck, designed to take advantage of the outstanding open field and sea views. Entertain the family and group with a scrumptious morning brekkie or lazy lunch and a vino on the outdoor dining table. The master bedroom is found on the second floor featuring a queen size bed, celling fan, ensuite with double basin, shower and toilet and your very own private balcony with sea views. The perfect spot to daydream as the sea breeze gently blows in with the sound of the waves breaking. With the beach only 100 meters from your front door, the outdoor shower will make beach life a breeze as you cleanse your skin from the sea's salt and sand. Linen and toweling is provided and there are plenty of games, boogey boards and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Papamoa's Surf Club is just down the road, allowing you to enter on a safe patrolled stretch of beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, sun bathing and sand castle building. The Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island is only a short five minutes drive away for all your retail shopping, supermarkets and amenities. Guest access The check in is simple, detailed instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. This is contactless and easy to access. Other things to note There is no garage access, but there is plenty of parking for 3 cars in the driveway. There is a road in front of home, there is a-bit of traffic noise at peak times.
