This home is incredible I cant even put into words how much my family & i enjoyed this house. Its just what we needed after a busy 2023 Perfect space to reset. The kids didnt want to leave the home - thats how much they loved it esp the gamily room,pool area & sauna. If you are ever in papamoa this is the home for you. Rebbeca & family thank you once again Cant wait to rebook.
This home is even better than the pictures. The sliding doors from the kitchen area open up completely- and make spending time in the kitchen just like being on the beach. The pool and game room were super fun for the kids. We had three families- 7 kids and all had plenty of space. The home is also walking distance from a grocery store, cafe and bakery.

Papamoa is a safe, family friendly neighborhood.. Motiti playground is 4 min walk and beach is just across the road.
800 meters from the house is the Exclesa center with a four square, bakery, various takeaway and restaurants, movie theatre, Pilates and gym.
The papamoa plaza and fashion island is a 10 minute drive.
The mount and Tauranga are 20-25 min drive.
Lots of off street parking. Shops are 800 metres away so within walking distance
