By far the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From an extremely communicative host to the most beautiful and accommodating space! The home was even better than the photos. Highly recommend staying. I’m definitely coming back!

We stayed for a couple of days at the Pudding Pad to visit with our friends who live nearby. We loved the authentic 70s vibes of the place- its decorated beautifully with one of the best record collections ever. While many things in the house are vintage, the beds and sheets were not- the bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable with new feeling sheets and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Also both rooms had plenty of empty closet space. We loved the cinema room- I even brought some Jiffy Pop along with us to enjoy and stick with the vintage vibes. We look forward to returning in the warmer weather to try out the canoes and have some lake fun. Thanks for sharing your home! Xo

This place is adorable and made for a lovely weekend away! The decor, the books, the records, the art, the theatre room - all of it was so cool. Definitely got some decorating inspiration for my own place ;) The area was equally as lovely. The lake is so serene - I could spend hours out there. So quiet and calming. The host was super communicative and very helpful! Saving this place for a second visit!

We rented another one of Mr. Basqualli's beautiful properties a few years ago for a weekend winter getaway and had a wonderful time in both the home and that area along the Hudson River. When choosing another trip, this property seemed like a no brain er to check out. Despite Mr. Basquali having many last minute personal hurdles, he always made sure to be responsive and ensure we had everything we needed. He also provided a solid guide in advance with info about the property and things to do and places to go in the area. Not surpringly, it was another fantastic time at one of his hosted homes. Thanks to the kitchen and great vibes of the house we were able to enjoy good meals, each other, and explore the local area in the day time. Even in the snow, the driveway was plowed in advance and salt was laid. Top-down, a very cared for experience and would quickly book another one of their properties if we're heading that way in the

This is a magical place. We came here for a mid-album recording break and it was perfection - exactly what we needed. Great aesthetic, loved the vinyl and the movie room!! They really have the art of great lighting down! We also made a thermos of tea and took a winter paddle to the little island close by for sunrise. We are stoked to come again. Next level! Thank you
