John and his co-hosts were super helpful and ensured very clear communication from the very beginning. Beautiful apartment with modern amenities which was also spacious and close to train station and free private parking ticked all the boxes for me. the cherry on top was Nespresso coffee machine and snack food and soft drink they very thoughtfully provided. I highly recommend this place if traveling with family or even for two couples.

This is what a great Air bnb should be! a really well looked after place, responsive host. John was great, the property was pristine and had small touches like sugar, milk and bottled water. really great experience.

Seamless communication from the moment we discovered the listing. John responded almost immediately providing options for our stay (there are several places to stay within the building). The place was clean, located at the heart of Epsom, few steps away from train station to London and local pubs. There is all you need for a family stay. Highly recommended and on our shortlist for next visit.
