Road biking is extremely popular, especially around the ring road of Richmond Park. The river Thames allows people to kayak, paddle board and sail. The Hart's Boatyard is a nice pub on the river with great food & you can also hire one of their river boats by the hour or for a day trip in the Thames. There is even a very large, heated outdoor swimming pool in Hampton, around 20min drive from house. In the centre of town, there is Rose Theatre, the largest producing theatre in Southwest London and modelled on the original Elizabethan Rose Theatre on London’s Bankside. Also, Kingston Museum and several historical attractions including The Saxon Coronation Stone dating back to the 9th Century.

The house is situated on a quiet street with plenty of parking and has a great range of local shops and services nearby. The house is also covered by Uber, Bolt and many other good local taxi firms. For car drivers, the house is close to A3/ M25 which heads towards London & south to the coast, giving easy access to Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport, Brighton, the stunning Surrey Hills and many other places to explore. The local train station is a 15 min walk from the property and has direct routes to London, Wimbledon, Twickenham and Richmond, with Central London just a 30min ride but there are faster direct trains from Surbiton Train station and its takes around 15 minutes to London Waterloo.
