I have never written a negative review for anything in my life, but I feel the responsibility to leave an honest review for anyone thinking about booking this house for a vacation. The description of this home states IN THE TITLE that it is within walking distance of the beach. Imagine my confusion when multiple people at the complex looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if I could walk to the beach from the rental. Granted- technically anything is within walking distance if you have the endurance and the gumption, but this clearly wasn’t as advertised. I wouldn’t have felt so duped if “walking distance to the beach” wasn’t explicitly written in the title of the listing, because it was definitely why I booked. Jorge, the manager, was lovely, and I didn’t complain to him because there really wasn’t anything he could do to fix the situation. The complex is nice- the pool is lovely, but just know that you’re farther from the beach than an 8 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim and Jorte’s. Looks exactly like the photos. The pool is amazing!

What a lovely place to stay! Super convenient location to get everywhere. The pool and pool area were right off the patio and beautiful. Coco was very responsive and check in was smooth. I would definitely stay again!
