I spent a week with my family at this beautiful home. Fredrico was always super responsive and helpful even before we got there. The kids fell in love with the area and didn’t want to come back home. Super clean house with comfortable beds and specious living space. We cant wait to get back there soon.

Frederico was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The house was a nice layout and very clean. The neighborhood was nice and we could walk or run to playa Pelada and the nearby restaurants. The pool was a smaller plunge pool and the other house using it was never really a conflict. It felt safe and was accessed by N automatic gate with electric wires on top of the wall surrounding the property. Overall a great stay in a beautiful beach setting.

Oh my, so many amazing things to say about Federico’s sanctuary in Nosara! This home is magical. It is functional, beautifully designed, and in an ideal neighborhood location, just a 5min drive from the main beach downtowns. The pool and bbq area were fantastic for our family of 4. Laundry on site was super helpful as well with our kiddos. Federico is incredibly considerate and a fantastic communicator - he even offered to provide a pack and play crib for our 4month old upon arrival. You can tell he cares and puts a lot of thought and effort just to his gorgeous property, we feel honored have been able to stay here and experience it. Thanks Federico! See you again soon!

Beautiful place, with great outdoor area. Lovely having laundry facilities. Would have been nice to have some basic items, like soap, shampoo, sugar, coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable. About 10 mins to Pelada. We got lost getting there, and Federico was very responsive and helpful.
