We loved this house. It was so lovely and beautifully presented and the view was amazing. The house was even better in person than on it's Airbnb listing. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Anabelle the host was on hand to give us all the necessary instructions and helped with booking taxis etc, she was great. For future guests please note that you do need a vehicle here to get around to the beach and restaurants. Also the roads are pretty rough in this area so I recommend something that can withstand them, we had an SUV which was perfect and we were grateful for the tranquility of this house after the hustle and bustle of our day. We felt very safe here and wouldn't hesitate to return, Thank you Surfing Nosara and Anabelle

This house is one of the rare occasions where the pictures don't actually do it justice. The house itself is perfectly laid out, with a sunken living room, kitchen, and outdoor patio all oriented towards an expansive, beautiful view of the coastline and mountains to the north, west, and south. The finishes in the house, from the bespoke bamboo ceilings to the dark wood cabinetry throughout the bedrooms, the black-and-white tiled kitchen floor, and many other details, make the house feel both chic and inviting. This is a relaxing space! The gardens in the yard are perfectly maintained, and beautiful. The yoga patio is amazing. And the waterfall showers, especially the outdoor one, are transcendent.

Peaceful and beautiful view of the ocean and town. We stayed at Villa Shanti for 6 weeks, and mornings were my favorite time here. The pool is excellent for morning laps. The house was spacious, with lots of room for two families with toddlers to co-exist. Would recommend renting a car for flexibility to get into town, but otherwise it's a short drive to anywhere in Pelada or Guiones. A special thank you to Anabelle, who was consistently reliable and helpful for answering any questions we had during our stay.

Staying at Villa Shanti was spectacular! Open floorplan and comfortable house with well air conditioned bedrooms and a good kitchen. The pool and surrounding yard was also beautiful and well taken care of while we were there. There is a great view of the ocean from inside the house and the pool area which was a wonderful thing to wake up to. I would recommend that if you are bringing young children who cannot walk ~15-20 min on their own you will want to have a car as some roads/pathways are impassable by stroller. Otherwise everything was great and Annabelle was super responsive. Would happily return to Villa Shanti.
