Beautiful lakefront cottage in a sheltered cove on the west side of Seneca Lake, 15 minutes north of Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. The property features over 75 feet of shoreline level with the lake (no stairs). Includes a lakeside fire pit and a dock with large a seating area where you can watch the sunrise, enjoy a glass of wine or read a book. Close to wineries, restaurants, state parks, and walking trails. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Dog friendly (20# max, $30 fee). 2 story lakefront cottage. Level with lakefront. 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room. Bedroom 1 - Full, Bedrooms 2+3 - 2 singles each. Air conditioning on main level, bedrooms 1 and 2. Lake level - no steps. Beautiful front room overlooking the lake. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Large seating area on the dock. Gas Grill on deck. Water cooler with single serve k-cup dispenser built in. Centrally located with easy drives to Geneva, Watkins Glen and Penn Yan. On the wine trail. Reliable Wi-Fi and conducive for working remotely.

We absolutely loved our stay for my bachelorette party! The neighborhood is so peaceful and the lake was gorgeous to wake up to. The house had everything we needed and more. Our only suggestion is to add curtains to the sunroom and bathroom. At night it was very easy to watch us inside through the large windows. We did end up covering the bathroom windows with towels, but some privacy film would be perfect! We would absolutely book it again.

Andy’s house was as described well maintained and clean. Wish I could stay longer. A very cute cottage with a beautiful lake steps away. The view from the sun room was beautiful in any weather. Quiet community. Andy and Jennie were wonderful and friendly hosts and respectful of our privacy. Would definitely come back.

Went for a bachelorette weekend to explore the lake and local vinyards. House was so cute and welcoming, lake was beautiful, everything we needed was right in the house. Also very close to many wineries!

A wonderful cottage in a slice of heaven. The house was clean and comfortable, the lake was beautiful, perfect distance from town. Quiet and peaceful. Stayed here for a week with my wife and 3 kids. Perfect way to end summer. The house was fully stocked with anything we could need and then some. The hosts were perfect, responsive and friendly but gave us our privacy. My wife and I relaxed, my kids had an unforgettable time. Will definitely be booking again.

Andy's (Robert's) cottage was lovely. The cottage was clean and had all that we needed. The highlight of our trip was sitting on the dock and in the sunroom, enjoying the cottage's beautiful views of Seneca Lake. We had a tandem kayak delivered to us from Reagan's and it was super easy to get in and out of the water. Having a small beach level with the water was great for our two young boys who could safely wade in the water and play with the rocks. Andy was very responsive and helpful in all regards. Would highly recommend Andy's cottage on Seneca Lake!
