The apartment is located in a great Paris neighborhood, with shopping and public transportation (Metro, RER, bus) very close by. It is very clean, comfortable and comes equipped with every amenity needed for a long stay. The pictures for the listing were very accurate and the space is even a little more roomier than they suggest. Georges is an excellent host and always responded quickly to our questions. We had no issues or problems whatsoever and hope to stay there again on our next visit.

Such a beautiful, bright and cozy apartment! So conveniently located. Just 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Metro stop very close by. The best supermarket next door. Nice cafes an restaurants at walking distance on a great shopping street. Patrick who greeted us was very welcoming and courteous. The balconies with the flowers made the sun rise even prettier. My daughter and I loved the place!

This is a wonderful apartment in Paris. I highly recommend staying here. It is centrally-located, and very, very easy to access main Paris museums and landmarks. If you are staying a while, it has the benefit of being above an epic, gourmet grocery store. A traveller's note: the elevator to the apartment goes up to the 7th floor, the apartment is on the 8th floor - so you will have to make the small hike up - if you have large luggage, it can be difficult. But a small price to pay for an amazing apartment, at a great value!

This apartment is very well-located, clean and full of light. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the host was very accommodating for an early check-in. This was my second time staying here, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
