Die Unterkunft ist riesig für Paris mit sehr großzügigen Balkonen, die leider etwas besser gepflegt werden sollten: Tische abgewischt und kehren !? Die Wohnung bietet ein tolles bequemes Bett und sehr saubere Bettwäsche und fantastische Handtücher. Etwas verwirrend war die Kommunikation, weil ich ungefähr mit 6-7 verschiedenen Leuten auf verschiedenen Kanälen kommunizieren musste…. Das Küchenfenster schließt leider nicht besonders gut.. Besonders zuvorkommend war, dass uns noch extra Nespresso Kapseln geliefert wurden. Die Küche und restliche Ausstattung sind einwandfrei. Wir haben uns besonders wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen!
Appartement exceptionnel, l’emplacement est très paisible et la vue sur la Tour Eiffel est beaucoup plus impressionnante que sur les photos.

Beautiful apartment, two great terraces with outstanding views of Paris, Eiffel Tower, Sacre-Coeur in distance.. comfortable bed, pull out couch also comfortable.. accessible by metro.. walkable neighborhood with shops, bistros, cafés.. key exchange very easy, flexible on check-in times.. owners accessible for any questions.. À bientôt!
Loved this spot especially with our kids. The stairs made me nervous but i'm an anxious mom. The view was unbelievable and the area was quiet but close to a lot of shops. We ubered to more touristy spots. Overall wonderful

The 16th arrondissement is renowned as one of the most affluent and pleasant neighborhoods in Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life and a variety of tourist attractions. Although it's not particularly lively at night, it's close to the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées and other places easily accessible by public transport. The 16th arrondissement offers beautiful walks, some of Paris's greatest museums, stunning architecture and numerous Art Nouveau buildings. Not to mention the exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero. The neighborhood is also home to the Parc des Princes and Roland-Garros stadium.
The apartment's location means you'll be able to get around the capital quickly and easily by public transport:
