This short term rental was simply one word... Amazing! The location was superb... in the heart of one of the best areas is Paris and accessible to everything... grocery store (Monoprix), shopping, restaurants and transit (bus/metro). Very safe area. The apartment (flat) is located on the 23rd floor and has amazing views. There are two very large elevators to reach the 23rd floor. The apartment is very spacious, modern and every detail was very well thought out and intentional by Ian. I could say so many things amazing about the property but as an example the bath towels are so high end that you would find them in a 5 star hotel. The icing on the cake was how great Ian (host) was . He met us at the apartment to welcome us, was uber responsive to any questions we had, recommendations and just checking in to see how we were navigating the flat and Paris. You could tell that Ian takes so much pride in his property and providing an amazing experience for guests coming to Paris. 5 Stars+++

A great palce to stay in Paris. It's safe and incredibly beautiful, where you.can have extremely fantastic view of Paris. Definitely will come back again!

Lan çok iyi bir ev sahibi, ev gerçekten çok güzel ve göründüğü gibi eksiksiz, merkezi konumda, bu evde ailemle çok rahat ettim, bende bir Airbnb üyesi olarak bu evi Paris için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, teşekkürler lan.
