Bruce's place suited our family's needs well. Comfortable beds, spacious living, dining, and kitchen area , 1.5 baths a plus. Bruce was easy to reach and had the murphy bed set up for us upon arrival as requested. Easy 20 min drive to Ithaca. The only thing I'd change is to have less/no fragrance/plug-ins. We enjoyed walking in the preserve which is under a mile away, so peaceful and pretty!

Gorgeous and spacious home with great amenities. The snack basket in the kitchen also had top tier snacks that perfectly complimented our board games!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bruce's house. It was clean, quiet and just as the description said and the pictures showed. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a nice dining room if you like an old-fashioned sit-down dinner. We stayed 5 nights and felt right at home. If I'm ever in the area again I'd be more than happy to stay there again.
