This was my second stay with Andrew.. The location cannot be beat. It is literally steps from the downtown and the main beach area. I felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. We were treated with such generous amenities An abundance of everything that we needed stockpiled along with an extremely overly generous basket of goodies that delighted our family and welcomed us. . The beds were very comfortable. The views were beautiful and any question we had was immediately responded I would not hesitate to book this beautiful apartment

This place was beautiful, with views of the ocean and located right in the middle of downtown Manhattan Beach! But Andrew’s warmth, hospitality and generosity made our stay impossible to forget. Whenever we reached out he would answer quickly and go above and beyond in providing any help or directions we might need. He was a stellar host— so if you are trying to decide between several places—pick Andrew’s!

I've done a lot of Airbnb's across the country and this was the best experience I've had. Andrew was responsive, thoughtful and his place was perfect. We stayed over New Years and he surprised us by having all the things you need for a great New Year's party. The house was in a great location, walkable to everything and it was incredibly well kept and clean. The whole setup was easy to find, get to, and parking was also great. Andrew helped make our trip that much more special. We had more fun and a better time because of him. He took our vacation from an 8 to a 10 with his little gestures. Really grateful we found this place and that we met Andrew.

Great location, amazing host. The place had everything we needed for a nice family vacation in Manhattan Beach. Very clean. Flowers and tasty treats were waiting for us on arrival and then cupcakes delivered on the last day.
