This was our worse stay throughout our 3 weeks in India. The communication was terrible, Zakeer's English is very poor and it created a very stressful situation We were left without our passports for half a day, then Zakeer forced us to come back as if we had a curfew when he knew we rented the place because of a wedding, having to leave our reunion with the bride's family. It was a nightmare and it ruined our stay. On top of that, the listing was dirty, there were stains everywhere and we had to make our own beds. We only had one towel and didn't have toilet paper, although this was supposed to be part of the essentials, we shouldn't have to ask. He also told us we had to pay 300 rupees for having AC then asked for 1200 when he never said it was 300 rupees per day. I have used Airbnb for 8 years now and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I don't understand how Zakeer is a Superhost. Sorry, but you need to take better care of things and only communicate through your cohost.

We have mixed feelings about this stay. When we followed the maps location given on airbnb, we reached a location 700m away from the actual location. As we were on foot in the Kochi sun with luggage, this was a turn off. When we arrived, the room assigned to us was not the same as the one in pictures and totally not worth the price. When we flagged this with the bellboy, he said the room in the photos doesn't exist at all. This was the second time we had to raise a complaint with Zakeer who then moved us to the correct room after a 30 minute wait. This particular room was very beautiful and well ventilated. The cleanliness of the common room and kitchen was ok. On day 2, we could smell a gas leak from the kitchen and despite flagging this with the attendant and Zakeer, nothing was done about it. This particular room is good but the service is average

Zakeer is just a great host, I highly recommend this place for limited budgets it is worth money and great value. Zakeer took me to see the surroundings, he covered all properly and his advices is a “must take”. He gives the best of best with no doubts, ensuring u enjoy the available at best convenience. Thank u sooo much Zakeer, u made my stay
