Andy’s home was a perfect location for my friends and I to spend a long weekend. The house and backyard are beautiful. His home was impeccably clean and it had all the accommodations advertised. The hot tub was wonderful. I highly recommend this AirBnB. I hope to stay here again next year.

Had a gathering for friends and everything we needed was in the house even though I brought tons of supplies. Great kitchen to cook in (we did have to watch youtube vids for how to run ovens). Great seating areas, fireplace and wood, nooks to hang out in. Bathrooms were beautiful. Stars amazing.

We had a great holiday at Andy’s house. No driving back and forth from house to house. Comfortable and spacious for our group of eight adults to celebrate but still have some space for privacy. Lots of space for all our cars and easy access to bring in all our food and gifts for the holiday. Able to charge my electric car- which was a pleasant extra. Good set up for the dogs with the laundry area great for water bowls and feeding.

Wonderful home and we really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools/utensils we could want. Host was very communicative and friendly. Located in a beautiful area and close to the historic village of Cold Spring.

Our stay at Andy’s Cold Spring house was an all-around exceptional experience on every level from the initial communication where my questions were addressed in a timely manner to the pristine condition of his space and clear instruction on utility usage accessibility and check out.
