Jane was a great host very friendly and welcoming. The cabin was just as advertised, perfect for me, my son and his dog. Great location to walk directly into the forest for walks and we did a couple of the walks Jane left in the cabin drawers which were really hand and mainly off road. bed was extremely comfortable and appreciated the logs and treats for my son and dog left in the cabin. Thank-you for a lovely stay Jane.
I stayed at Jane's with my husband and 2 of our friends over the Easter weekend. When I say we felt right at home straight away that's not an exaggeration. Jane was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the little hamper of Easter treats was such a lovely extra touch - they definitely made our packed hiking lunches so much better! Add in a moment that has officially entered friend group lore of "ooh, do you want a steak?" That one will be talked about for years to come! The place itself is lovely and cosy, with everything you could need for a quiet getaway. It was such a treat literally waking up and being in the woods - I loved being able to go for a run and hit the trails right out of the door. If you're after somewhere well placed for both moorland and coastal hiking, this is a great place for it. Can't recommend Jane or this cabin highly enough, we were sorry to leave and will remember it for a long time to come. Thank you for everything Jane!
We had the most delightful stay at Janes place. She went out and beyond to make sure we had wverything we need. We arrived to a lite fire, hot water bottles in our beds and the kids. We were welcomed with lots of treats and i had told her it was our sons birthday and she left a bag of goodies for both our boys and a birthday card as well as a £10 voucher for our birthday boy. Nothing was too much bother, the place, location was perfect. When we checked out we went for a walk in the woods and Jane said your welcome to pop back in if you want to make yourself a coffee etc before we go. Cant fault the property or the host, we had the most wondeful days away. Thank you Jane Best wishes The Yeo Family x
We had a wonderful New Year's stay at the Rabbit Hole. Jane was a wonderful host and couldn't do enough for us. The hamper and decorations were a really lovely touch. The surroundings were beautiful and perfect for long dog walks through the forest. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful getaway ☺️
