Lovely peaceful stay for two adults and our 4 year old daughter who loved watching the sheep in the field. It was an hours scenic drive to woolacombe which was great and lots of local walks and restaurants/cafes to explore. We visited the railway centre locally and had the full day there yesterday, our daughter loved it! Highly recommended the Thai too that delivered to our door. We will be back for another relaxing break. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. About an hour away from a lot of Devon’s seaside towns so we were able to visit some lovely places whilst staying here. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you Linsey for a lovely stay.

Got home today following a mini-getaway with my wife and four month old daughter. It was our first staycation as a family which presented some new challenges. One of those challenges was adhering as much as possible to our daughters schedule to reduce stress on her after a long journey - we asked Linsey whether we would be able to check in a bit earlier and she was more than happy to accommodate. We also appreciated being able to park the car right in front of the door to allow us to quickly unload. On entering the old tractor shed, we were immediately impressed by the views of countryside on offer from the window as you first walk in. The property had been thoroughly cleaned and was well-presented. The property had all the essential amenities we needed as a new family of 3, and the rocking chair was particularly appreciated to help our little one nod off. Other highlights were the super king size bed, the private hot tub and the roll top bath. Would highly recommend and return.
