From the moment we arrived, we loved Lenni and felt right at home and relaxed into our holiday. With heaps of character and charm, as well as everything we could have needed, it didn’t matter that the weather was less than ideal, as the house was so cosy and comfortable. We loved exploring some of the towns of the Bellarine Peninsula during our stay and would happily return in future!

Lenni was a great mini holiday for our little family & dog. Our host Emma was fantastic with communication. The styling around the house was gorgeous & the kitchen was open & fresh looking. The beds were comfy. The bathroom needs some love/reno. Very old & tired looking. Maybe install blinds on the front door to block out light & stop the heat coming inside. Maybe install fans in all the bedrooms & an actual aircon in the sunroom at the back as it's a sauna on a hot day. Maybe add a pergola to the rear of the house or install roller blinds to block out the heat. Gorgeous mini fridge in the kitchen but not very practical with holding a lot of food. The location is great and is a super quiet area. Overall, it was a great place to stay but needs a few updates. We rated it 4.5 stars

The pictures don’t do it justice. Lennie has a fun style through out. The front room is a spacious open plan scenario. We used the two seperate entertainment areas to relax in, after a full day at the nearby waterslide park. We later moved the Chrome cast from the back to the front of the house for a movie marathon on the comfy lounge suite. We had a great time and visit again. Awesome house!

Firstly, thank you for sharing your wonderful little beach shack with our family! It was the perfect size for our young family with lots of space for our kids to play, porta cot and high chair available to use which meant we didn’t need to pack anything extra and some new bath toys for them to enjoy. The house was styled to match our own vibe and we appreciated all the finer details including the sage and Clare pieces throughout the home. The bed was so comfortable and we were able to have a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was within walking distance into town which was perfect for a nice stroll with the pram. Overall we loved our stay at Lenni the beach shack and enjoyed all its quirks and comforts so we could explore St Leonard’s! We would certainly recommended and book again. P.s the complimentary blackberry Jam was delicious
