It was a beautiful apartment. We loved being across from the water park, each day it was buzzing and everyone around was having a great time. The view is beautiful, you can see the ocean but also the view of parks and even the median strip with the beautiful manicured grass and gardens is lovely to wake up to each day. Great location with lots around. Steve & Arnes communication was thorough and they are easy to deal with, while also being kind and thoughtful. The welcome pack on arrival was so beautiful & just what we needed after driving from Mackay. The condiments and extras was also generous and appreciated. The price was worth it. Steven hospitality was outstanding flexible, great communication, and always willing to assist where possible. Facilities regularly maintained and reviewed. The apartment was appropriate for our needs. The location was perfect, easy access to the Strand waterpark and restaurants cafes. Looking forward to our holiday stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stephen & Arne’s place. Excellent location and comfort were stand out factors with many extras supplied to make it a fantastic apartment for our family to stay in Townsville. Really helpful local recommendations also.
