Carmen place was great, looked just like the picture. Will definitely come back and book.

The place has a good location near two malls and restaurants, it is safe (has a guard at the entrance of the building), walkable, very clean, and looks like the picture. There were a couple of issues, probably my fault for not reading the whole listing description at booking. In the description, it says that it does not include Wifi, essentials (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo), or hot water. Out of the three, the apartment only did not have the essentials, which I had to buy in a mini market close by (less than a 5-minute walk). I did check with Carmen about it (before checking the listing profile), and I informed her the apartment did not have that. She did offer to provide it, but by the time she responded, I had already purchased the essentials (I arrived close to midnight). The apartment DID have hot water and DID have WiFi, although it was not that good (< 10 MB speed). Again, my fault for not checking that, as I need good WiFi and need that the apartment has all the amenities.

La estancia en el alojamiento de Carmen fue excelente en todos los aspectos. El apartamento era espacioso, limpio y bien decorado, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Carmen se destacó como anfitriona, estando siempre disponible para responder preguntas y preocupándose genuinamente por mi comodidad durante toda la estancia. Recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento de Carmen a cualquier visitante, no solo por el lugar encantador para quedarse, sino también por la excepcional experiencia que ofrece como anfitriona. Sin duda, volveré en futuros viajes a Asunción.
