Both Host (agent) and owner very responsive and proactive in communicating prior to visit. All as described. Parking space for one car in own car port was really useful, especially for those with a big car, as perranporth is not the easiest to park in peak times. Had everything for our stay, including card games to help pass the time when it rained (it’s April after all !!). No sea view (this was clear from the description, so no issue) however you are still only a stones throw from beach, and feel was priced extremely well for the luxury of the accommodation, location and guaranteed free parking. Felt as though owner and / or host would have been available promptly for any issues, as very proactive leading up to the stay, thankfully none arose during our stay…overall, nothing negative to say, all good. Beautiful property in a fantastic location. It had everything required for a home from home and all you need after a day at the beach. I will be back, I loved it.

Everything was organised so we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. The accommodation was excellent with lovely relaxing bathrooms after a long day out and a great light kitchen. Great spot for not only the superb beach but also for visiting the sights. The parking was a real asset for us too. I would go again.
