Le pire appartement que j'ai pu voir sur Paris. Une saleté indescriptible dans toutes les pièces. Canapé taché, insectes morts sur les bords des fenêtres, oreillers jaunis par la transpiration, pommeau de douche colonisé par la moisissure, four dont la saleté rendait impossible toute utilisation saine sans contaminer les aliments, lave linge dont la moisissure dégageait une odeur nauséabonde dans la cuisine, couverts et placards sales... Ainsi, j'ai averti le loueur avec lequel j'avais communiqué mais que je n'ai jamais vu, vouloir quitter ce logement. Airbnb a fini par me reloger sous 2 jours, 2 jours interminables dans ces conditions. Par conséquent, qu'un loueur propose 1 logement dans pareil état sans considérer les risques infectieux pour la santé, d'inhaler cette moisissure ou encore d'en ingurgiter par mégarde en prenant une douche, reflète de l'inculture. Malgré la venue d'une femme de ménage et le règlement rétrocédé, j'ai voulu quitter ce logement.

Marco's place matched the photos and description. We stayed here for six weeks and really loved the kitchen, views out the windows, and cute bedroom. The natural lighting is beautiful, and the windows provide a great cross-breeze. The neighborhood is wonderful, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a grocery story only a couple doors down! We loved our stay here, and were appreciative of Marco's prompt responses and solutions to any issues that arose. Highly recommend!

Notre hôte Marco esit très arrangeant et amical, et la localisation de cet appartement tres confortable et tres bien équipé est exceptionnelle.

I spent a month in Marco's appartment and really enjoyed my stay. The pictures are very accurate - the appartment is cosy and small, but light and very well-designed with lots of cabinet space for 1 person. The appartment is generally quiet despite the location in the middle of Paris - of course you can hear the street with the windows open, but most noise does not reach 6. floor. The neigbourhood is quiet, but always with people in the street, and I always felt safe walking home in the evenings. The street has many restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacy, stores and even a really nice little park. 3 metro stations are very close to the appartment, and many attractions are within walking distance. Marco was very communicative and fast responding. When there was a problem with a lamp, he made sure it was fixed quickly. I will definately recommend this appartment.

L'appartement est lumineux, bien équipé et propre. Les voisins sont silencieux et nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité ici. Le quartier est bien agreable et il y a des métros, bus, bon restaurant, grand epicerie. Marco, l'hôte, toujours répondu rapidement et était très bon pour communiquer. Nous sommes bien restés un mois et nous avons été satisfaits.
