Beautiful design that start showing some wear and tear and for that reason our stay was rated only 4 stars. Great views of the sea from balcony. Unfortunately they had a cuckoo clock that we were not able to disable (we asked) that startled us every hour starting at 7am. For the other clock from the bathroom we managed to removed one of the batteries. Not sure why these items are not removed when people rent the house for a relaxing vacation. The apartment was rented for 3 adults, however the sofa is a bit small. We didn’t use much the kitchen beside the coffee maker that has some issues. Like others mentioned, the bedroom has a large frosted window that shines bright (there is no cover for it). Luckily we travel with sleeping googles. There is no storage or hooks for clothes in the second bedroom. Towels should be replaced more often.

Very comfortable modern apartment with lovely views of sunrise from the balcony. Great base location for exploring the east coast of Sicily, train station just a 10 minute walk away and just 5 minute walk to the bustop to get to beautiful Taormina. Hiring a car wasn’t necessary. Other than the patchy WIFI, everything was as expected. Thanks to Alessandra for her helpful recommendations…lunch at La Capinera was exquisite!

We had a great week long stay in Letojanni - a beautiful spot located about 10-15 mins drive from Taormina. Alessandra was our host and she was exceptional giving us proactive information regarding Catania airport status (due to recent fires). She directed us to a supermarket on arrival so we could stock up on essentials and was very flexible. The apartment is very modern and comfortable and suited us - a small family of 3 (2 adults 1 child). The location is amazing - directly opposite Letojanni beach - you can literally go from the apartment to the water in 90 seconds! the location was quiet despite the prime position. No night clubs or anything like that.. just lots of couples/families enjoying the summer - beach, restaurants and amenities all within a short walk. We hired a car and drove from Catania. Street parking was a little hard to come by (peak of summer!) however there was a large area to park within a 5 min walk. would highly recommend for couples or a small family of 3.

1- l’appartement: très propre, fonctionnel et conforme aux photos. Vue très appréciable et localisation parfaite. 2- l’agence et gestionnaire: à notre arrivée, plusieurs problèmes : - douche bouchée - pas de volets dans la chambre donc lumière dès 5h45 du matin - réveil qui a sonné a 4h du matin - télé qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Malgré cela nous avons fait preuve de patience et de gentillesse. Le PROPRIÉTAIRE de l’appartement est donc venu tout réparer. La gestionnaire Alessandra, sous des airs faussement agréable, m’a expliqué que personne ne s’était plaint pour les volets et qu’elle dormait quant à elle 4h par nuit. Nous avions 1 requête en raison de la canicule (40 degrés) : pouvoir se doucher avant de partir ou rester un peu plus longtemps dans l’appartement. Réponse : monologue au téléphone expliquant que pas possible allant jusqu’à me raccrocher au nez car « elle avait des clients à gérer ». Absolument odieux. Vagues excuses de l’agence par téléphone.
