Place is beautiful! right next to the river! When problems came up with electricity, vacasa was not able to help but owner luckily was on the premises to help out.

This is a beautiful house, but on the flip side, in my opinion, the showing of the house on air bnb was not what I sought it to be. I expected the entire house to be available, not just a third. I also couldn’t find the AC and it was very hot and stuffy. But other than that, it was very clean and the river behind the house is beautiful.

The location is lovely, great view of the river. There was a lot of snow and ice on the driveway and walk to the steps that had not been cleared or salted, which was a bit treacherous. The wifi signal is very weak and the tv could not stream intermittently. The space is very nice and clean.

W had a wonderful stay with family here on our trip to Mt. Hood. Lovely location and it is secluded. The Salmon River is your backyard. Easy to get to and very close to taking trips up to the mountain if you are looking to ski or snowboard. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Place was a little hidden since it’s down a hill from the main road and behind trees. We checked in when it was dark outside so it made it harder to find. Would suggest an SUV or a truck especially when it’s snowing. We weren’t aware that the stay was a separate suite on the second floor, it seems like people were staying on the first floor but still felt very private. The backyard was breathtaking, by the Salmon River and a cute stream! Even got the chance to see 2 deer. If looking to use Uber or similar, there is no one that will be available! But the city has a very good bus system that will take you to the nearest urban area and also the tourist activities like snowboard/skiing. The closest bus stop location is a 20-30min walk, but the neighborhood felt safe. No stove but the mini oven and microwave were useful. Wifi is slow-ish but we enjoyed the smart tv! Spacious rooms with very comfy and warm beds!
